Lose to learn a skill.

Explore the land to find the ARTIFACTS OF LEGEND.

Go down the Well for some fun and help.

Please don't bother Walter too much.

P.S.: A True Hero refuses to run from battles, so pick them carefully.

P.P.S.: There is no save function, but a playthrough shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes at best.
